Venture Debt Vice President

One of the UK's largest banking groups is hiring a Vice President for its newly launched dedicated venture banking business in London, serving high-growth VC-backed companies and their investors.

Key responsibilities: originating, structuring, and executing venture debt transactions for VC-backed UK technology companies; leading deals end-to-end across credit analysis, structuring, documentation, and execution; building relationships with founders, management teams, and the VC investor community; partnering with credit, risk, and product specialists to deliver flexible facilities; and contributing to the growth of a market-leading venture debt franchise.

Ideal candidates will have solid experience in venture debt, growth finance, leveraged or structured lending, or technology banking, with strong credit analysis and financial modelling skills. A network across the UK VC and high-growth tech ecosystem is valued. The role offers strong progression potential toward Director level.
