Senior Associate - Global Debt Advisory — London (via Flynn & Chase)

Flynn & Chase is partnering with a leading global advisory firm to recruit a Senior Associate into its London Debt Advisory practice. The firm is one of the most respected names in financial advisory with a pan-European team across 40+ offices worldwide, advising clients including Fortune 100 and FTSE 100 companies.

Products and Coverage:

- Refinancing and capital structure optimisation

- Senior and junior term loans, RCFs, and bilateral facilities

- Unitranche, mezzanine, and structured finance

- ABL, asset finance, and invoice discounting

- Syndicated and senior secured financings

- Debt capital markets, shareholder, and sustainable finance

- Growth finance and M&A funding

Key Responsibilities:

- Support origination, diligence, structuring, and execution of debt deals end-to-end

- Appraise finance arrangements and shape capital structures

- Build financial models and covenant analysis

- Prepare lender presentations and information packs

- Lead lender discussions and manage deal logistics

- Support negotiation and documentation alongside legal advisors

Requirements:

- Experience in debt advisory, leveraged finance, corporate banking, or restructuring

- Strong financial modelling and credit analysis skills

- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
