Vice President, Credit Alternatives Investment Product

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Vice President, Credit Alternatives Investment Product to lead product strategy, development, management, and advocacy for Fidelity credit alternatives product lineup. This role supports Fidelity credit alternatives capabilities including direct lending, opportunistic credit, private real estate debt, and multi-strategy credit strategies, while managing a team of product managers.

The Vice President will develop and execute the product roadmap for private markets and credit alternatives, including expansion into new credit verticals, structures, and distribution-aligned offerings. The role requires strong executive presence with leaders across asset management, distribution channels, product governance, marketing, finance, operations, and legal to identify growth opportunities and execute business priorities.

Additional responsibilities include driving product innovation by identifying market gaps and evolving investor demand, engaging regularly with distribution leadership to understand client needs and competitive developments in private credit, and communicating frequently with IPG peers to ensure alignment of alternative product strategy with broader asset management capabilities. This individual will be part of the Investment Product Group Extended Leadership Team, reporting to the Head of Fixed Income and Credit Alternatives Product.
