A family office is establishing its inaugural private equity vehicle. Initial operations will focus on external fund investments including funds of funds, secondary investments, and co-investments. The director will design strategy, select and monitor fund managers, establish processes, and potentially lead future direct investment initiatives. Requirements: 10+ years in PE, asset management, or fund of funds; LP/GP relationship experience; understanding of fund structures and performance metrics (TVPI, DPI, IRR, PME).
