Team Building & Culture:* Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing executive team. Cultivate an organizational culture characterized by accountability, clear communication, and execution excellence. Champion talent management and organizational development initiatives.

Market Growth & Commercial Development:* Identify and pursue new growth avenues, which may include organic expansion, strategic partnerships, or potential mergers and acquisitions. Represent the company to key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance market presence.

Sponsor Relationship Management:* Maintain a collaborative and transparent working relationship with the Falcon Partners investment team, providing regular updates on business performance, strategic initiatives, and critical operational matters to ensure objective alignment.

Location & Compensation
