<p>E<strong>rez Capital Venture Partner – Role Overview</strong></p> <p>The Venture Partner role is a selective position for experienced operators, investors, and domain leaders who actively create value across the startup and venture ecosystem.</p> <p>This is not an employment role and not a passive network membership. It is a performance-oriented platform for individuals who already operate at the intersection of founders, capital, and expertise and want structured access to collaborate on deals, advisory opportunities, and company-building.</p> <p><strong><u>What This Role Is</u></strong></p> <ul class="tight" data-tight="true"> <li>A value-creation role within a venture platform</li> <li>A way to work alongside investors and operators on real company outcomes</li> <li>A structured environment to deploy your network, insight, and domain expertise</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>What This Role Is Not</u></strong></p> <ul class="tight" data-tight="true"> <li>Not a full-time job</li> <li>Not an internship or learning program</li> <li>Not a passive community or networking group</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Core Ways Venture Partners Contribute</u></strong></p> <p>Venture Partners typically create impact in one or more of the following ways:</p> <ul class="tight" data-tight="true"> <li>Introducing high-quality founders, deals, or technical talent</li> <li>Providing domain expertise to help startups navigate inflection points</li> <li>Supporting evaluation and diligence of early-stage opportunities</li> <li>Making capital, financing, or strategic partnership introductions</li> <li>Serving in advisory or board-level capacities where relevant</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Engagement Opportunities</u></strong></p> <p>Depending on fit and activity, Venture Partners may engage through:</p> <ul class="tight" data-tight="true"> <li>Deal collaboration and co-investment pathways</li> <li>Advisory roles with portfolio companies</li> <li>Consulting engagements sourced through the platform (often third-party funded)</li> <li>Venture debt, M&amp;A, or structured financing referrals</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Financial Alignment</u></strong></p> <p>This platform is designed around shared upside, not salary.</p> <p>Potential economics may include:</p> <ul class="tight" data-tight="true"> <li>Revenue share from financing, M&amp;A, or capital introduction outcomes</li> <li>Advisory or consulting equity arrangements</li> <li>Participation in value-creation engagements with startups</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Platform Participation</u></strong></p> <p>This role operates within a curated venture network designed for active contributors.</p> <p><strong>Annual participation fee: $5,000 (subject to change).</strong></p> <p>This supports the platform’s infrastructure, deal operations, founder support systems, and long-term network continuity.</p> <p>Participation is best suited for individuals who already operate at a high level in the ecosystem and want structured leverage, not access alone....
