EQT Partners seeks a strategic and experienced professional to lead its social media and content activation initiatives as Head of Social Media & Content Activation. This Director-level role presents a significant opportunity to shape and enhance the firm's global brand narrative, engage with key stakeholders across the private equity ecosystem, and drive strategic communication through impactful digital channels. The successful candidate will be instrumental in elevating EQT’s presence, articulating its investment philosophy, value creation strategies, and commitment to responsible ownership to a sophisticated audience of investors, portfolio companies, and industry leaders.

Reporting to senior leadership, the Head of Social Media & Content Activation will be responsible for:

* Developing and executing a comprehensive, globally integrated social media strategy that aligns with EQT's overarching business objectives and communication priorities.

* Overseeing the creation, curation, and distribution of high-quality, relevant content across EQT's digital platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and message.

* Managing and growing the firm’s social media presence, fostering meaningful engagement with institutional investors, limited partners, portfolio company leadership, prospective talent, and industry influencers.

* Monitoring social media trends, competitive activity, and performance analytics to inform strategy, optimize content, and report on key metrics and impact.

* Ensuring all digital communications adhere to relevant regulatory compliance standards and internal brand guidelines.

* Collaborating closely with Investor Relations, Marketing, Communications, and Investment teams to identify content opportunities, amplify key announcements, and support strategic initiatives.

* Leading and mentoring a small team or managing external agency relationships to execute the social media and content activation strategy effectively.

* Advising senior management on emerging digital communication channels and best practices within the private equity landscape.

This Director-level position is based in EQT Partners’ London, United Kingdom office. Compensation details will be discussed directly with qualified candidates during the interview process.
