VC Managing Director

Responsibilities include establishing/maintaining relationships with VC and PE firms, identifying potential investments, presenting to Investment Committee, drafting term sheets, leading business due diligence, managing valuation analysis, portfolio monitoring, and structuring deals. Experience in senior debt, asset-based financing, mezzanine debt and leveraged buyout firms.
