Principal / Investment Manager

Edenred Ventures is an independent venture capital fund backed by Edenred as a single LP, investing in European B2B technology companies primarily at Seed and Series A across Future of Work, Fintech, Retail/Commerce Tech and Professional Mobility, including adjacent Energy Transition segments, and selectively investing in early-stage and specialist funds. Backed by Edenred — a global platform listed on Euronext Paris connecting 60m+ workers, 2m+ merchant partners and 1m+ corporate clients across 44 countries — the fund combines the independence of a venture fund with the strategic distribution and sector insight of a major corporate. Edenred Ventures is hiring a Principal or Investment Manager to join its London team and take ownership of investments end to end, from sourcing and building conviction through diligence, execution and portfolio support. Responsibilities include sourcing and originating high-quality investment opportunities, leading diligence (founder, commercial, financial and market), preparing investment recommendations for the Investment Committee, leading deal execution including term sheet negotiation and legal documentation, building relationships across the Edenred group, and supporting portfolio companies post-investment.
