About This Role

DWS Group is hiring a Fund CFO/Fund Controller for its US Infrastructure Debt platform in New York, part of DWS Private Infrastructure – a global business with approximately €20 billion in infrastructure funds under management. The US Infrastructure Debt platform alone manages over $6 billion of committed capital across multiple credit funds and separately managed accounts, and has deployed capital into more than 170 investments since 2014.

Role Overview

The Fund CFO will lead the US Infrastructure Debt Fund CFO team, serving as the senior financial and operational lead for fund accounting, financial reporting, fund operations, governance and control across the platform's credit funds and separately managed accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Fund CFO team, providing direction and oversight across fund accounting, financial reporting, and governance activities

- Own end-to-end oversight of fund structures, ensuring adherence to fund documentation, regulatory requirements and investor obligations

- Partner with Investment, Investor Relations, Legal, Tax, Compliance and Operations teams on fund launches, investment execution and platform growth

- Lead review and approval of quarterly and annual financial statements, investor reporting packages, and capital activity disclosures

- Oversee third-party service providers including fund administrators, auditors and tax advisers

- Manage fund liquidity, cash forecasting and capital planning to support investment deployment and investor distributions

Qualifications

- Significant experience in alternative investment fund finance, with expertise across Infrastructure Debt, Private Credit, Infrastructure or Private Equity fund structures

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; CPA or equivalent strongly preferred

- Demonstrated leadership managing teams within fund accounting, fund finance or fund operations

- Strong understanding of closed-end fund structures, capital call/distribution mechanics, partnership accounting and fund governance

Compensation & Location

New York, NY (Hybrid). Salary range: $203,000–$255,000, plus incentive compensation and benefits.
