DRW Venture Capital is the venture capital arm of DRW, a diversified principal trading firm. The fund takes a stage-agnostic investment approach focused on fintech and capital markets technology, maintaining a portfolio of 35 companies with a strong value-add thesis through capital, client relationships, and industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage deal pipelines and source new investment opportunities

- Create investment presentations, memos, and pitch decks for the investment committee

- Conduct DCF and comparable company valuations

- Evaluate term sheets and support transaction structuring

- Support portfolio management on strategy and M&A matters

- Monitor investments through regular valuations and performance tracking

- Conduct industry research on fintech and capital markets

Required Qualifications:

- 1–4 years of experience in venture capital, growth equity, or private equity

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field

- Excel proficiency and valuation modeling expertise

- Strong attention to detail, fintech interest, and self-motivation

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred: Investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy background

Compensation: $130,000–$160,000 per year plus discretionary bonus. Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA/FSA.
