Investor / Partner — USA Deal Team (Growth)

Dragonfly is a global, crypto-native investment firm with $4B+ AUM. The firm invests in generational companies and protocols, with deep roots in New York, Silicon Valley, and Asia, focusing on mid-stage venture capital and growth equity in the crypto ecosystem.

The Investor/Partner will work directly with Managing and General Partners, portfolio companies, and investors — including major crypto companies, world-renowned PE/VC investors, and founders of large public tech and finance companies.

Responsibilities: proactively source and field new investment opportunities; conduct business and financial analysis, valuation, modeling, deal structuring, and due diligence; perform industry and market research; provide high-touch support to portfolio companies post-investment; opportunity for research, publishing, and media engagement.

Requirements: 1–4 years in Private Equity, Growth Equity, VC, Investment Management, Consulting, or Investment Banking; strong analytical skills; expertise in areas relevant to crypto (Finance, CS, Math, Cryptography, Engineering); exceptional communication and project management skills; passion for blockchain and fintech. Full-time from New York.
