Investor / Partner — USA Deal Team (Early-Stage)

Role Overview

Dragonfly, a global crypto-native investment firm with over $3.6B AUM, is hiring an Investor/Partner for its USA Deal Team focused on early-stage opportunities. The role sits within a small team working directly with Dragonfly's Managing Partners, portfolio companies, and co-investors across stablecoins, market structure, decentralized finance, and protocol security.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively source and field new investment opportunities in crypto and Web3

- Conduct industry, business, and financial analysis, including valuation, modeling, deal structuring, and due diligence support

- Provide high-touch, hands-on support to portfolio companies post-investment

- Opportunities for original research, publishing, and media engagement

Qualifications

- Experience in venture capital and/or high-growth tech startups

- Experience in crypto, either as an investor or in an operating role (founder, engineering, data science, or business development)

- Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically about market structure

- Exceptional communication and project management skills; ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment

- Genuine passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain

Location & Compensation
