DN Capital is seeking an Associate to join its investment deal team in Berlin, Germany, covering the DACH region.

DN Capital is a multi-stage venture capital firm investing in early-stage technology companies across Software, Marketplaces, Consumer, and FinTech sectors with offices in London and Berlin.

Key Responsibilities

- Build relationships with entrepreneurs and co-investors across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in your focus geography and 1–2 sector verticals

- Drive due diligence processes and develop investment memos

- Build financial models for potential investments

- Support portfolio company governance and strategic initiatives post-investment

Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in entrepreneurship, M&A, investing, or strategy consulting

- Strong passion for technology and startups with excellent academic credentials

- Flawless English (both spoken and written) and German language proficiency

- Analytical mindset with a pragmatic, can-do attitude

- Existing network within the DACH startup ecosystem is advantageous
