Co-Managing Partner

Role Overview

DIL HealthTech Ventures LLC, an emerging venture capital firm targeting healthcare, AI, robotics, biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostics, aerospace, and frontier technologies, is hiring a Co-Managing Partner to help launch and scale the firm alongside its Founder & Managing Partner.

Key Responsibilities

- Co-lead fundraising from Limited Partners (LPs), family offices, and accredited investors

- Structure and manage Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs)

- Work with fund administration platforms such as AngelList, Assure, Carta, Sydecar, and Allocate

- Develop the firm's investment strategy and source deal flow

- Conduct investment due diligence and lead investment committee discussions

- Build relationships with founders, accelerators, universities, and strategic partners

- Support portfolio companies with fundraising, hiring, and growth

Qualifications

- Prior experience as a General Partner, Venture Partner, Principal, Investment Associate, Founder, or Angel Investor

- Direct experience launching or operating venture funds, syndicates, or SPVs

- Existing network within the Silicon Valley venture capital ecosystem

Compensation & Location

Remote, preferably based in Silicon Valley / San Francisco Bay Area. Compensation includes equity participation, carried interest, and long-term upside tied to fundraising and the firm's growth milestones.
