Associate / Senior Associate – Investments

Diagram Ventures is part of Sagard, a global alternative investment platform with $32B+ in AUM. The firm has raised $400M+ since 2016 and launched/invested in 30+ companies across Fintech and ClimateTech.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute deal flow: opportunity assessment, sourcing, and pipeline management

- Conduct investment evaluations and lead due diligence workstreams

- Implement AI tools to enhance sourcing and portfolio management workflows

- Advise portfolio companies on fundraising efforts

- Manage portfolio performance tracking and value creation

- Research fundraising trends, valuations, and industry benchmarks

- Support new fund creation and capital allocation modeling

Requirements:

- 3+ years in investments, PE, or VC (ClimateTech experience preferred)

- Top-tier performance track record

- English required; French advantageous

- Montreal-based; hybrid work arrangement
