As Private Equity Senior Associate, reporting to the Director of Corporate Development, you will be a senior individual contributor owning critical workstreams across sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio value creation. Responsibilities include:
- Investment Analysis: Screen inbound and proprietary opportunities across consumer, retail, ecommerce, and adjacent sectors. Build and refine LBO and returns models including sensitivity analysis.
- Deal Execution: Lead workstreams on live transactions spanning carve-outs, distressed, and special situations acquisitions.
- Portfolio Operations: Partner with functional leaders across merchandising, supply chain, digital, finance, and data/AI to drive post-acquisition performance.
- Investment Committee Support: Prepare investment committee materials and launch value-creation roadmaps for newly acquired brands.
Within your first six months, you will have led workstreams on live deals and contributed to investment committee materials. Locations: Austin, Salt Lake City, Los Angeles, or Toronto (hybrid). This is a lean, high-responsibility role with full workstream ownership.
