Director of Corporate Development

CSC Generation is an AI-native holding company acquiring and revitalizing iconic consumer and retail brands. With $1B+ revenue across 13 brands, the company continues to grow through M&A, partnering with operators to create value across its portfolio.

As Director of Corporate Development, reporting to the VP of Corporate Development, you will bridge transaction execution and portfolio value creation with greater independence. Key responsibilities include:

- Transaction Leadership: Lead acquisitions end-to-end from LOI through close, independently managing advisors, lenders, legal, and diligence workstreams.

- Deal Sourcing: Develop sector theses and build proprietary deal flow in consumer, retail, ecommerce, and adjacent sectors.

- Portfolio Partnerships: Partner with portfolio company operators to design and execute value-creation roadmaps post-acquisition.

- Process Building: Establish repeatable diligence and integration playbooks across the investments function.

Success within 6-12 months means independently leading at least one acquisition to close, building trusted lender and advisor relationships, and embedding scalable processes. Locations: Austin, Salt Lake City, Los Angeles, or Toronto (hybrid).
