Operating Partner

A private equity firm in Texas is seeking an Operating Partner to join its investment platform. The Operating Partner will work closely with portfolio company management teams to drive operational improvements, implement value creation plans, and accelerate growth. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep operating experience across private equity-backed businesses, including P&L management, strategic planning, and M&A integration. Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of C-suite or senior operational leadership experience, a track record of driving EBITDA growth in PE-backed companies, and the ability to work across multiple portfolio investments simultaneously.
