A private equity firm is seeking an exceptional operator to serve as CEO, leading strategic and operational growth initiatives in Phoenix, Arizona.

The Opportunity:

This pivotal position is designed for an exceptional operator with a strong foundation in finance and investments. Candidates undergo a three-month CEO In-Residence training period before transitioning to the full CEO role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct strategic and operational growth initiatives

- Manage integration of newly acquired companies

- Oversee all financial operations

- Build and mentor organizational teams

- Work with the private equity firm on buy-and-build execution

Requirements:

- Strong finance and investment background

- Robust understanding of investment decision-making

- Leadership and team-building capabilities

- Ability to drive sustainable growth

- Prior private equity experience preferred
