Business Development Senior Associate or Vice President

A sub $1 billion Private Equity & co-investment fund management company is seeking a Business Development Senior Associate or Vice President to drive U.S. based business development efforts, particularly with independent sponsors and lower middle-market private equity funds. Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating relationships with independent sponsors and lower middle-market PE funds, developing a robust pipeline of investment opportunities through research, networking, and outreach, serving as the primary U.S.-based point of contact for potential partners, and conducting high-level assessments of private equity deals. The role requires collaboration with Asia-based deal teams and international coordination. Requires 5-10+ years in private equity, investment banking, or related field with a proven track record in sourcing PE deals. Compensation: $150,000-$200,000 plus bonus.
