The Principal will assume substantial responsibility across the entire investment lifecycle, influencing key decisions and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

The Principal will play a central and leadership role in all aspects of the investment process, from initial opportunity identification through to portfolio company management and successful exit. Specific responsibilities include:

Investment Sourcing and Origination:* Proactively identify, evaluate, and originate new investment opportunities within the Energy & Infrastructure sectors. Cultivate and maintain a robust network of industry contacts, advisors, and intermediaries to generate a consistent pipeline of actionable deals aligned with the firm's investment thesis.

Due Diligence and Analytical Rigor:* Lead comprehensive due diligence efforts, encompassing detailed market analysis, operational assessments, financial modeling, and valuation. Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess investment attractiveness, identify key risks, and develop compelling investment theses for presentation to the Investment Committee.

Transaction Execution:* Drive the execution of new investments, including structuring, negotiation of definitive agreements, and meticulous coordination with legal, financial, and technical advisors. Prepare detailed investment memoranda and present strategic recommendations, articulating clear rationale and projected returns.

Portfolio Management and Value Creation:* Actively monitor and support portfolio companies post-acquisition. Collaborate closely with management teams to implement strategic initiatives, identify and execute operational improvements, and drive value creation opportunities. Participate in board-level discussions and strategic planning sessions to guide company growth and maximize enterprise value.

Team Leadership and Mentorship:* Provide guidance, mentorship, and oversight to junior investment professionals, fostering their development and ensuring the highest quality of analytical output and project execution within a collaborative team environment.

Market Intelligence:* Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, regulatory frameworks, technological advancements, and competitive landscapes within the Energy & Infrastructure sectors to inform investment strategies and identify emerging opportunities.

Location & Compensation:
