About This Role
A leading private equity firm seeks an Operating Partner (Go-To-Market) to drive transformational growth across its portfolio companies. This strategic leadership role involves serving as a hands-on executor working directly with portfolio company leadership teams to develop GTM strategies, accelerate revenue growth, and expand market share. The Operating Partner will oversee sales process optimization, marketing enhancement including digital strategy, market expansion initiatives, and commercial due diligence for potential investments. Candidates need 15+ years of senior GTM leadership experience (CRO, CMO, VP Sales/Marketing) with a proven track record of scaling revenue and enterprise value. Sector expertise in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, healthcare technology, or industrial services is required. The role is remote with 50-75% travel to portfolio company sites and includes competitive compensation with performance bonus and equity/carry participation.
