CEO - Private Equity Portfolio Company

A private equity firm is seeking an experienced executive with CEO or C-Level operational expertise to lead due diligence and potentially take on a senior role in a new acquisition.

Key Details:

- This is a new platform opportunity, not an existing portfolio company

- Remote opportunity with some travel required until acquisition target is finalized

- Relocation may be necessary depending on ultimate org chart position

Requirements:

- Deep CEO and/or C-Level operational experience with full P&L responsibility (minimum $50 million)

- Prior Private Equity Portfolio Company experience at the C-Level preferred

- Strong leadership skills and proven track record

- Buy & build thesis experience

- Ability to collaborate with PE firm on acquisition strategy

The Role:

- Direct strategic and operational growth initiatives

- Lead due diligence on potential acquisitions

- Manage integration of newly acquired companies

- Oversee all financial operations

- Build and mentor organizational teams
