President

The private equity sponsor seeks a President with a structured path to CEO for a newly acquired tech-enabled services platform. This is a New York City-based sponsor with a 2-year hold period before exit. Key responsibilities include accelerating revenue growth through commercial excellence and improved go-to-market strategy, professionalizing operations through scalable systems and processes, diversifying the customer and end-market mix, building and leading the executive team, managing the relationship with PE board and investors, and positioning the company for a successful exit. The President will have full P&L responsibility and report directly to the PE sponsor. Required qualifications include 15 plus years of progressive experience in tech-enabled or managed services preferably in senior commercial or President-level roles. Background in system integration SaaS-enabled services or web hosting is valued. M&A integration experience preferred and private equity experience not required. Compensation includes competitive salary annual bonus and wealth-building equity grant with a clear path to CEO transition.
