Role Lead a team overseeing day-to-day asset management and operations Collaborate with counterparts to manage contracted and self-performing assets, ensure compliance, drive efficiencies, and enhance health, safety, security, and environmental programs Manage daily operations of self-performing team and oversee contracted operations teams Requirements Minimum 8 years experience in renewables management Significant leadership experience with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for managing diverse teams of stakeholders Deep understanding of strategic, commercial, and legal aspects of business operations, along with analytical prowess
