The successful candidate will contribute to a focused team within a Confidential Infra Fund, driving value creation in essential infrastructure sectors.

The Confidential Infra Fund operates as a dedicated private equity investor in infrastructure, focusing on long-term capital appreciation through strategic investments in critical assets. As a Vice President, you will be instrumental in the full investment lifecycle, from initial market analysis and opportunity identification through to transaction execution and portfolio management support. This role is suited for a highly capable investment professional seeking to make a substantial impact within a specialized and growing segment of private equity.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Sourcing and Screening:* Proactively identify and screen potential investment opportunities within core and adjacent infrastructure sub-sectors, conducting initial assessments of commercial viability and strategic fit.

Due Diligence Leadership:* Lead and manage comprehensive due diligence processes, including detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, market and industry research, and coordination of external advisors (legal, technical, commercial, environmental).

Transaction Execution:* Drive all phases of transaction execution, including structuring, negotiation of definitive agreements, and closing. Prepare and present detailed investment committee memos and presentations.

Portfolio Management Support:* Contribute to post-acquisition value creation initiatives, monitor the performance of portfolio companies, and participate in strategic reviews and exit planning.

Market Analysis and Strategy:* Conduct ongoing research into infrastructure market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscapes to inform investment strategies and identify attractive themes.

Team Collaboration and Mentorship:* Collaborate closely with senior team members and provide guidance, mentorship, and oversight to junior investment professionals on analytical tasks and project management.
