Key Responsibilities:
The Managing Director / Head of USA - Infrastructure will be responsible for defining and executing the firm's investment strategy for the US market. This includes identifying, evaluating, and originating new investment opportunities in line with the fund's mandate and risk appetite. The role requires comprehensive oversight of the entire investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing and due diligence to transaction structuring, negotiation, and execution. The successful candidate will lead complex transactions, managing internal and external resources to ensure efficient and effective deal closure.
Beyond transaction leadership, this role involves significant team management and strategic development. The Head of USA will build, mentor, and manage the US-based investment team, fostering a culture of rigorous analysis, accountability, and performance. The individual will also be responsible for actively managing portfolio companies within the US, working to enhance value and realize investment objectives. Representing the firm in the US market, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including limited partners, industry partners, advisors, and corporate management teams, is a core expectation.
