Key Responsibilities:

As Director M&A, Private Equity, you will be responsible for leading and executing transaction mandates for the firm's private equity clients. Your remit will encompass managing the entire deal lifecycle, from initial origination and client engagement through to successful closing. Specific responsibilities will include:

Transaction Leadership:* Directing M&A processes, including target identification, strategic assessment, and deal structuring for private equity acquisitions, divestitures, and portfolio company transactions.

Financial Analysis & Valuation:* Overseeing and conducting comprehensive financial modeling, valuation analyses, and detailed due diligence efforts to support transaction rationale and pricing.

Client Relationship Management:* Cultivating and expanding relationships with private equity funds, understanding their investment theses, and identifying new advisory opportunities.

Negotiation & Execution:* Leading negotiations on behalf of clients, drafting transaction documents, and coordinating with legal and other advisors to ensure efficient deal execution.

Team Management & Mentorship:* Guiding and developing junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of all deliverables.

Business Development:* Actively contributing to the firm's business development initiatives, including market research, pitch development, and thought leadership within the private equity M&A landscape.

Market Insight:* Maintaining a deep understanding of private equity market trends, investment strategies, and regulatory developments to provide informed, strategic advice to clients.
