Alternative Investments Director

Citi Wealth is seeking a senior Alternative Investments Director/Senior Vice President to drive strategic sales growth, advisor engagement, and client adoption across private markets and hedge fund strategies. The role serves as a senior partner to Wealth Advisors, Investment Counselors, Private Bankers, and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as senior subject matter expert across private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, secondaries, and hedge fund strategies.

- Lead fundraising efforts across the alternatives platform, driving asset growth, advisor engagement, and client adoption.

- Develop and execute regional and national sales strategies to achieve net new asset, fundraising, and revenue objectives.

- Partner with Wealth Advisors, Investment Counselors, and Private Bankers to identify opportunities.

- Collaborate across Investments, Product, Capital Markets, Investment Manager Solutions (AIMS), Risk, and Operations.

Qualifications

- Deep alternative investment expertise combined with sales leadership and client relationship management.

- Established track record raising assets and influencing senior stakeholders.

- Exceptional executive presence and commercial acumen.
