Associate Vice President, Portfolio Oversight

This Associate Vice President role within the Investments Group provides portfolio oversight support across a subset of CIM's Real Estate Equity and Infrastructure funds. The position works in close partnership with senior portfolio oversight professionals to design fund composition, maximize investment value, and communicate performance to investors.

Core responsibilities include monitoring fund-level investment performance, supporting investor reporting, contributing to portfolio construction decisions, and coordinating with the investment team on individual asset strategies. The role requires strong financial modeling skills, an understanding of real estate or infrastructure investment structures, and the ability to communicate effectively with institutional LPs.
