Investment Associate

Cherry Ventures seeks an Investment Associate for their Berlin-based investment team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively source investment opportunities through data analysis and networking

- Build relationships within the European founder ecosystem, especially DACH region

- Identify emerging sectors and develop subject matter expertise

- Support due diligence, analyze data, conduct market research, and write investment memos

- Partner with portfolio companies on growth challenges and funding rounds

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years VC experience, OR 2-4 years at tech-driven startups

- Strong network within European tech ecosystem (DACH preferred)

- Analytical skills with comfort analyzing data and financial models

Compensation: Competitive salary plus carry, 30 days holiday
