This role is central to managing and optimizing the performance of mortgage loan portfolios within a leading global alternative asset manager. The successful candidate will play a critical part in ensuring the operational excellence and strategic alignment of servicing activities across Brookfield's substantial private equity investments.

Key Responsibilities:

The Vice President will be responsible for the strategic oversight and operational management of mortgage loan servicing activities across Brookfield's Private Equity portfolio. This includes directing the performance of third-party servicers, ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks, and implementing servicing strategies designed to preserve and enhance asset value.

Specific duties include:

* Managing and monitoring the performance of third-party mortgage loan servicers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and regulatory requirements.

* Developing and executing servicing strategies to optimize loan performance, mitigate risk, and maximize returns for private equity investments.

* Overseeing the resolution of complex servicing issues, including defaults, foreclosures, and bankruptcies, in collaboration with legal and asset management teams.

* Conducting detailed analysis of loan portfolio performance, identifying trends, and providing regular reporting to senior management and investment committees.

* Ensuring robust internal controls and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local mortgage servicing regulations.

* Participating in due diligence for new acquisitions and dispositions, evaluating servicing implications and integration strategies.

* Developing and maintaining comprehensive servicing policies and procedures.
