As a Vice President, you will assume a pivotal role across the entire investment lifecycle, working closely with senior leadership. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Investment Sourcing and Evaluation:* Identifying, evaluating, and screening potential investment opportunities aligned with the firm's private equity strategy, conducting initial due diligence, and market analysis.

Financial Analysis and Modeling:* Developing sophisticated financial models, valuation analyses, and comprehensive investment cases to support transaction decisions and strategic planning.

Due Diligence Management:* Leading and coordinating thorough due diligence efforts, including commercial, financial, legal, tax, and operational aspects, working collaboratively with internal teams and external advisors.

Transaction Execution:* Structuring, negotiating, and executing private equity investments, including review and input on transaction documentation and legal agreements.

Portfolio Management:* Actively monitoring portfolio company performance, identifying opportunities for operational improvement, strategic initiatives, and contributing to value creation.

Investment Committee Presentation:* Preparing and presenting detailed investment recommendations, strategic analyses, and performance updates to the investment committee.

Team Leadership:* Mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment, and supporting their professional development.

Successful candidates will possess substantial prior experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field within the financial services industry, demonstrating a track record of involvement in complex transactions and investment processes.
