Real Assets, Net Lease Associate

Blue Owl Capital (NYSE: OWL), a leading alternative asset manager with over $315 billion in AUM, is seeking a Real Assets Net Lease Associate for its acquisitions team. Blue Owl's Real Assets platform manages $80.6 billion in AUM, focusing on private equity real assets, net lease investments, and capital solutions for investment-grade tenants.

The Associate will support underwriting and execution of net lease acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Core responsibilities include analyzing real estate sales and leasing comparables, evaluating market fundamentals, cap rates, and tenant credit, building detailed financial models for assets, portfolios, and funds, and preparing investor-facing marketing materials.

The role provides broad exposure to underwriting, transaction structuring, capital markets, and investor relations activities. Significant exposure to senior investment professionals and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility over time. Based in New York or Chicago.
