Analyst/Associate - Net Lease Real Assets

## Role Overview

Blue Owl (NYSE: OWL), a leading alternative asset manager with over $319 billion in AUM (as of June 30, 2026), is hiring an Associate/Analyst for its Real Assets Net Lease Investment Team in the Greater Chicago Area, with primary responsibility for tenant credit underwriting. The team originates, executes, and manages single-tenant, triple net lease investments.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze potential investment opportunities and lead due diligence/business analysis to develop and refine investment theses

- Complete due diligence including data room review, industry research, financial modeling, financial statement review, and third-party report review

- Prepare analysis and memoranda for internal discussions and formal investment committee approval

- Participate in deal team discussions and investment committee presentations

- Participate in transaction closings, including legal documentation

- Perform ongoing due diligence and monitoring of portfolio companies, communicating updates to the investment committee and investors

Qualifications

- 1-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or private credit

- Strong oral and written communication skills with attention to detail

- Strong accounting, corporate finance knowledge, and financial modeling aptitude

- Strong interest in investing; ability to self-direct and form independent judgments

Compensation & Location

Base annual salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 for this Chicago-based position, plus discretionary bonus eligibility.
