## Role Overview

Blue Owl (NYSE: OWL), a leading alternative asset manager with over $319 billion in AUM (as of June 30, 2026), is hiring an Associate for the Asset Management function within its Alternative Credit platform in Dallas, TX. The team is responsible for ongoing monitoring, analysis, and oversight of portfolio investments across the lifecycle, from post-close surveillance to active engagement in restructurings and workouts.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior Asset Management team members with monitoring and management of existing portfolio positions

- Review performance of financial asset transactions versus covenants and analyze transaction trends

- Perform borrowing base reviews, collateral verifications, financial analysis, and liquidity assessments

- Design and maintain borrowing base and servicer report templates

- Participate in borrower update calls and support negotiations for modifications

- Produce quarterly cash flow models and fulfill recurring reporting requirements for leverage facilities

- Support workouts, restructurings, liquidations, and special situations, including watchlist meetings and litigation support

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience at a specialty lender, commercial bank, or investment firm, focused on credit monitoring, asset management, and/or workout situations

- Strong foundation in fundamental credit analysis, including financial statement analysis

- Experience reviewing and interpreting legal documentation, including credit agreements

- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities

Location

Dallas, TX — in-office Monday to Thursday.
