VP/Principal, Investment Team

This VP/Principal role sits at the center of Bloom's investment engine — leading deals from origination through execution and driving value creation within portfolio companies. The VP/Principal will manage Bloom's efforts across the full investment lifecycle: thesis generation, deal sourcing, transaction execution, debt and equity capital raising, portfolio management, and exit. The successful candidate will build trust-based relationships with management teams, investment bankers, advisors, limited partners, and portfolio company executives.

Responsibilities include sourcing enterprise software and business services buyout opportunities through proprietary research and direct outreach; leading thematic research in technology sub-segments; conducting quantitative and qualitative due diligence; leading financial modeling, IC memos, and investor presentations; managing transaction documentation (purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, MIPs, credit agreements); and contributing to structuring and raising debt financing.
