Private Equity Associate

Bloom Equity Partners is a lower-middle market private equity firm focused on enterprise software and business services companies, currently investing from Fund I. The Associate will join the investment team in NYC working across deal sourcing, LBO modeling, due diligence, IC memo preparation, and post-acquisition value creation. This is a high-autonomy role at a fast-growing technology-focused PE firm.
