About This Role

Blackstone's Real Estate group is seeking an Analyst to join its Asset Management team, responsible for supporting post-acquisition transactions and value enhancement initiatives across Blackstone's expansive real estate portfolio. This analyst will be embedded in one of the most active and well-resourced real estate investment teams globally.

Blackstone Real Estate is one of the largest real estate private equity managers in the world with over $300 billion in assets under management. The Analyst role offers exceptional exposure to institutional-grade real estate investing across property types and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain financial models including DCF analyses and property-level pro formas

- Conduct valuation analyses and support quarterly portfolio reviews

- Support due diligence and execution of acquisitions, dispositions, refinancings, and recapitalizations

- Prepare investment committee materials, asset-level reports, and presentations for senior leadership

- Track portfolio performance metrics and identify areas for operational improvement

- Perform site assessments and market research on properties across the portfolio

- Coordinate with legal, operations, and finance teams on transaction execution

Requirements:

- Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in investment banking, real estate investing, or finance

- Strong academic background with excellent analytical abilities

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

- Understanding of accounting, finance, economics, and real estate fundamentals

- Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments

- Real estate coursework or investing interest preferred

- Team-oriented mindset and strong written and verbal communication skills
