Real Estate Finance - FP&A Associate

Role Overview

Blackstone, the world's largest alternative asset manager with $1.1 trillion in AUM, is seeking a Real Estate Finance FP&A Associate to support financial analysis and management reporting for its Real Estate segment. Blackstone Real Estate manages US $315 billion of investor capital and is the largest owner of commercial real estate globally.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare the Real Estate financial forecast and summary reporting to Corporate Finance and Real Estate Finance leadership

- Coordinate the collection, analysis, and reporting of key metrics including fundraising, capital deployment, and realizations across the platform

- Create monthly and quarterly management presentations for Blackstone and Real Estate senior leadership

- Partner in the preparation of Real Estate strategic plans, new business analyses, and ad hoc projects in coordination with Product Finance, Valuations, and Portfolio Management teams

- Support Corporate Finance and Shareholder Relations teams during the quarterly earnings process

- Review quarterly SEC filings for the Real Estate business

- Facilitate and assist with special projects for the Real Estate business

Qualifications

- Undergraduate degree with strong GPA (Finance or Accounting preferred)

- 3+ years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, or reporting
