Private Equity Investor Product Strategy, AVP

Role Overview

Blackstone, the worlds largest alternative asset manager (over $1.3 trillion AUM), is hiring an AVP for its Investor Product Strategy team within the Private Equity business. The team prepares marketing/fundraising materials and investor reporting for Blackstones PE funds.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze detailed investment reports for accurate, timely delivery of financial insights to investors

- Assist with fundraising materials including roadshow and investor event presentations, pitch books, and performance memos

- Coordinate with fundraising, deal, finance, and legal/compliance teams on investor and distributor due diligence requests

- Coordinate collection and analysis of fund and portfolio company performance metrics

- Draft presentations and analyses for senior management

- Mentor Analysts and Associates on the team

Qualifications

- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative discipline

- 6+ years of experience in content creation, investor reporting, transaction services, investment operations, or consulting

- Experience managing a team of at least 2 is a plus

- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Compensation

Expected annual base salary range: $130,000 - $200,000, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.
