Blackstone Energy Transition Partners, 2026 Investment Associate

Blackstone Energy Transition Partners (BETP) invests in companies positioned to benefit from the global transition to cleaner energy. BETP focuses on energy efficiency, renewable energy, and other environmental solutions as part of Blackstone $1.1T in AUM platform.

Associates play critical roles in the acquisitions of both new platform investments and add-ons as well as value creation within the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

- Support acquisitions of platform investments and add-on deals

- Conduct thorough research to identify and evaluate potential energy transition investment opportunities

- Perform comprehensive financial analysis including valuation and modeling

- Analyze industry trends and competitive dynamics in the energy transition space

- Execute detailed business diligence to evaluate target companies

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in investment banking or private equity

- Experience analyzing financial statements and conducting due diligence

- Interest in energy transition and environmental sectors

- Strong financial modeling and communication skills
