Associates engage in the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluating investments to executing transactions and supporting portfolio companies.

Responsibilities:

- Support acquisitions of platform investments and add-on deals

- Conduct thorough research to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities

- Perform comprehensive financial analysis including valuation and modeling

- Analyze industry trends and competitive dynamics

- Execute detailed business diligence to evaluate target companies

- Work directly with analysts and senior investment professionals

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in investment banking or private equity

- Experience analyzing financial statements and conducting due diligence

- Advanced financial modeling capabilities

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
