Investment Associate, Infrastructure Secondaries & Co-Investments - Global Infrastructure Partners

Role Overview

BlackRock is seeking an Associate-level investment professional (Analyst-level candidates will also be considered) to join its Global Infrastructure Solutions (GIS) business, based in New York. GIS sits within Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), which became part of BlackRock and is one of the world's leading infrastructure investors.

About the Team

GIP specializes in investing in, owning, and operating some of the largest and most complex infrastructure assets across the energy, transport, digital, water, and waste management sectors. Combined, GIP and BlackRock manage approximately $180 billion in assets under management across commingled funds and separate account solutions focused on infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the underwriting, execution, and ongoing management of infrastructure multi-manager investments

- Focus on co-investments and secondary transactions in North America

- Conduct due diligence and financial analysis on infrastructure fund investments and direct co-investment opportunities

- Coordinate with senior investment professionals across the deal lifecycle

Travel and Location

The role is based in New York with occasional domestic and international travel required.
