Birgo Capital is a Pittsburgh-based private equity real estate firm with approximately $340 million in assets under management. The firm acquires and operates multifamily properties and is on track to reach $1 billion in AUM by 2030, with 33 consecutive quarters of distributions and a loyal investor base across 40+ states.

The Partner reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for one primary outcome: raising $50 million to $100 million of accredited investor equity annually. This is an end-to-end ownership role encompassing sourcing and relationship development through to closed capital and reinvestment.

Core responsibilities include building, managing, and expanding a capital raising engine from one's own network and relationships; independently sourcing capital through HNWIs, family offices, and accredited investor referral networks; providing feedback on offering structure and investor objections; and driving conversion from first conversation through closed commitment and reinvestment. The role also involves maintaining a forward-looking pipeline in HubSpot and partnering with IR, Legal, Marketing, and the CEO on Reg D offering execution.

Ideal candidates have a demonstrated track record of raising $50 million to $100 million or more annually from accredited investors, 7-10+ years in capital raising, private placement, or investor relations, an existing network of HNWIs and family offices, and deep fluency in Reg D structures and private real estate or alternative assets. Full revenue accountability and entrepreneurial orientation are essential.
