Betaworks Ventures, a seed-stage VC fund, seeks a Senior Associate in New York. The role involves supporting portfolio companies and leading deal sourcing across AR, computer vision, voice interfaces, web3, and live/interactive technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Help solve portfolio company challenges (strategy, operations, go-to-market, talent, financing)

- Lead due diligence processes

- Drive deal sourcing

Requirements

- 3-5 years operational experience in tech startups OR analyst/associate VC/banking/consulting

- 5-8 years total experience

- Web3/crypto experience a plus

- Must be authorized to work in the US
