2026 North America Private Equity Analyst-Associate Program

The Private Equity Full-time Analyst-Associate program is a three-year commitment with potential for a 4th year. First two years as an Analyst, followed by 1-2 years as an Associate. This opportunity commences in July 2026 with an extensive, multi-week training program introducing Bain Capital value-added investment approach.

Analysts will learn how to evaluate investment opportunities through fundamental strategic analysis in addition to traditional financial modeling. Analysts are exposed to portfolio company issues including potential add-on investments, liquidity options, and improving core operations.

The breadth of industries, multiple types of investments, and overall deal volume provide unique experience in a short period of time. Bain Capital professionals develop skills as value-added investors, not just financial engineers.

Qualifications:

- Excellent academic track record

- Strong quantitative, leadership and communication skills

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
