Finance Director - Tech Opportunities

This role sits at the intersection of robust financial management and strategic investment in a fast-evolving sector.

As a Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations related to the Tech Opportunities investment strategy. Key responsibilities include:

Fund Accounting and Reporting:* Directing the preparation and review of financial statements, investor reports, and capital calls and distributions. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Financial Planning and Analysis:* Providing detailed financial analysis, performance metrics, and projections to support investment teams and senior leadership in decision-making processes.

Portfolio Company Oversight:* Collaborating with investment teams on the financial monitoring and reporting of portfolio companies within the Tech Opportunities fund, including valuation support and exit planning.

Operational Control and Compliance:* Establishing and maintaining robust internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure financial accuracy, data integrity, and adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks governing private equity funds.

Investor Relations Support:* Assisting with responses to investor inquiries and providing financial data for fundraising efforts and ongoing investor communication.

External Partner Management:* Managing relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and fund administrators to ensure efficient and compliant fund operations.
