Bain Capital Tech Opportunities, an affiliate of Bain Capital focused on investing in growing technology businesses, is hiring full-time Analysts for a summer 2027 start in Boston. With approximately $225 billion of assets under management, Bain Capital is one of the world's leading private investment firms operating across Private Equity, Growth & Venture, Capital Solutions, Credit & Capital Markets, and Real Assets.

Bain Capital Tech Opportunities focuses on large and growing technology end markets including application software, infrastructure and cybersecurity, healthcare IT, fintech, and frontier technologies. The fund targets companies with innovative or disruptive technology and supports their transformational growth through mid-market control buyouts, late-stage growth capital, tactical opportunities, and cross-platform investments.

Ideal candidates will have a strong academic record with prior internship experience at an investment firm, investment bank, consulting firm, sales team, or tech startup. The role requires self-motivation, strong commercial instincts, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated track record of innovative AI usage.
